Connect & Collaborate to
Make Austin Better
ABBA restores connection and community among high-level Christian leaders and our combined hope for a better future. We do so by unlocking a leader's God-given potential to mobilize and motivate others who will then unite our community around addressing our city’s most pressing needs.
Austin's Crucial Conversations
We surveyed 250 top Christian leaders in our city and asked them, "What are the most pressing issues facing Austin today?" Forming a series of conversations, we are inviting a select group of leaders to brainstorm and create a plan to help Austin flourish as we tackle those issues. Our goal is to not only help city leaders clearly clarify/define the problem, but to collaborate, and then develop a plan toward sustainable change for our city that does not rest only on our civic and institutional leaders.

CONNECTING PEOPLE
WITH Purpose, ON Purpose, FOR Purpose
We craft experiences that help individual leaders learn more about their unique design and their unique influence within their community. On purpose: We build relational bridges, creating a network of Christ-centered leaders that can mobilize and effect change in the Austin area. For purpose: Cultivating trust and shared identity, we connect leaders with the end goal of helping the Body of Christ address the most pressing needs in our communities.
